Eligibility for Money Back Guarantee

  1. Clients must have fully complied with all requests for information and documentation in a timely manner as required by their dedicated consultant.
  2. Clients must have adhered to the advice and instructions provided by One World Visa throughout the service period.
  3. Clients must not have had any changes to their personal circumstances which negatively impact their eligibility for the immigration process that they were undertaking and which were not disclosed to One World Visa.
  4. Clients must show that their application was rejected due to an error or omission made by One World Visa consultants.
  5. The money-back guarantee is applicable to the fees associated with the consulting service provided by One World Visa only and does not cover any government fees, third-party fees, or disbursements paid in relation to the immigration process.

Limitations

This money-back guarantee does not apply to:

  1. Cases where the application was rejected on grounds of client’s failure to provide accurate, complete, or truthful information.
  2. Situations where the client withdraws their application or decides to cancel the service without a valid rejection from the immigration authorities.
  3. Cases where the rejection was due to changes in immigration law or policy that occur after the commencement of services.
  4. If the case specific petition package has been printed by the client
  5. If the petition has already been filed and officially accepted by the USCIS
  6. If the service or assistance after payment for the services has already been more than thirty (30) days
  7. If the petitioner died or is incarcerated
  8. If both the US citizen and beneficiary provided false information and related matters such as falsified documents

One World Visa reserves the right to modify the terms of the money-back guarantee at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to clients in writing via email.
